Dr. Junhua Zhao was awarded Young Scientist of the Future by ADC Forum, the most significant independent Australian think tank to recognize his contributions to the academic study of Australian energy systems. It's the first year of  ADC Forum to award young scientists who made significant contributions to Australian science research.

Dr. Junhua Zhao is the Associate Professor of the School of Science and Engineering of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (“University”) . He joined CUHK(SZ) in 2015 and received the National “1000 Talents Program” Distinguished Young Scholar in 2016. He is now the teacher of CSC1001, a course that helps freshmen to learn more about computer.

       香港中文大学（深圳）理工学院副教授赵俊华博士被澳大利亚达沃斯论坛授予了青年科学家奖（Young Scientist of the Future），以表彰他在澳大利亚能源系统研究方面作出的突出贡献。澳大利亚最重要的独立智库——澳大利亚达沃斯论坛（ADC Forum）于今年首度颁发“ 青年科学家奖”，以鼓励为澳大利亚的科学研究做出了突出贡献的青年学者。赵俊华博士于2015年加入港中大（深圳），并于2016年入选国家“青年千人计划”，目前是港中大（深圳）理工学院“CSC1001课程”主讲人。

Dr. Junhua Zhao research field is operation and planning of smart grid and hybrid power system. Before joining CUHK(SZ), He was a Senior Lecturer and also acted as the Principal Research Scientist of Centre for Intelligent Electricity Networks, the University of Newcastle, Australia. 

He was previously a member of a Global Smart Grid Federation (GSGF) working group, and a member of a Smart Grid Australia (SGA) working group. He has led or participated in more than 20 important research and industrial projects, which include the “Smart Grid, Smart City” trial program funded by Australian government, two flagship cluster programs funded by Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), and one Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) project. His papers are published on prestigious journals, including IEEE Transactions on Power Systems and IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid.

       赵俊华博士的研究主要聚焦于电网的智能化及多能源综合系统的运行和规划。他曾担任澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学与澳洲电网（Ausgrid）联合智能电网研究中心的主任科学家。

      赵俊华博士先后主持并参与了澳大利亚联邦“智能电网、智能城市”大规模试点等20多个重大科研项目的研发工作。他承担了由澳大利亚总理府和美国联邦反恐办公室联合资助的智能电网信息安全评估专项，研发了智能电网信息物理安全评估的理论框架和软件工具，他还在澳大利亚联邦科学院“未来能源网络”重大专项的支持下，开创性的进行了电力与天然气网络构成的综合能源系统的运行与规划研究，并在该研究领域的顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Power Systems和IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid上发表了一系列论文。
